Our rockers will last for generations if they are well looked after, sometimes with a little helping hand from us along the way.

Here, we explain how best to care for your swinging sofa and detail the replacements and reupholstery services we offer our customers.
Care
ODD's rockers can be left outside throughout the spring and summer months. They are supplied with a cover, which should be worn every night and in case of any rain. This cover and the exterior of the rocker are made from our marine-grade canvas, which is designed to withstand rain showers and is rot-resistant.
Packing your rocker up and bringing it inside for winter is strongly recommended to maximise the longevity of the upholstered parts. The best way to store your rocker over winter is using our custom-fitted storage bags which house all the vulnerable parts of your rocker. They are sturdy, breathable, waterproof and rot-resistant.

Individual care instructions for the fabrics used on our rockers are provided at purchase, but most parts of the interior can be removed and washed.
Repairs, replacements and reupholstery
Depending on the position and usage of the rocker, we tend to see customers after 5-10 years to give their rocker a refresh.

We offer repairs or replacements of all upholstered parts of your rocker, in case of damage or staining. We can also replace any lost stainless steel components from the structural frame.

We also offer a full reupholstery service for rockers that would benefit from a thorough makeover or if you'd like to explore an entirely new design. We offer this service over winter and it includes collection, storage and reassembly of your rocker by the ODD team in the spring.
The ongoing support and maintenance we provide will ensure your rocker lasts many lifetimes of ownership.
